We need a 4th roommate to share a 4 bedroom house with us on North Prospect. We are 3 college senior (girls) who would love to share our house with one other roommate. We are all fulltme college students and work part time so we are busy during the week. But we love to have fun on the weekends! I am looking for someone who needs a roommate for next year. I currently live in Field Manor Apartments on Frazee Avenue. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and on-site laundry room. Rent costs about $300 per person. Utilities cost about $75 (when we dont use heat) and about $115 (when we do use heat). The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from campus and a 15 minute walk from town; pretty convenient location.
