Hey Everyone!

I live at the Enclave 1 currently and I am trying to find someone to take my spot for the spring semester. The rent is 289 a month plus utilities. You would have three roommates and there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has two sinks and plenty of counter space along with a shower/tub, etc. The kitchen is really nice and has a full size refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, microwave, and diswasher! The apartment is fully furnished so you would not need to bring a bed, dressers, couch, or chairs. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer! We need a 4th roommate to share a 4 bedroom house with us on North Prospect. We are 3 college senior (girls) who would love to share our house with one other roommate. We are all fulltme college students and work part time so we are busy during the week. But we love to have fun on the weekends! The house is close to campus and also to Main Street for the nights out!
The rent is $350/mo and utilities will be shared between all 4 of us. (approx. $50.00/mo). The house has air conditioning, cable, wireless internet, laundry, off street parking. It also has a great front porch for sitting outside and a fenced yard in back..

I have a lease at the apartment complex at 330 Elm St Apt B from Newlove, 2 blocks from campus! The lease starts on August 15th and is a 12 month lease. I desperately need out of this lease due to a family illness causing me to move back home. If anyone still needs a place to live, I would greatly appreciate you taking over this one!
